Arvind has held several leadership roles in these fields during the course of his career. Born in Sweden and raised in India, he spent a large part of his professional career overseas during which he has lived & worked in five countries. He now offers his professional and multicultural experience to Start-ups, SMEs, Venture Capital Firms and Corporates in order to help them achieve their business goals.

David Hart has over 35 years’ experience in field service management. His decades of field service management and customer transformation experience gives him a unique perspective on how organisations run their field service businesses. Hart was the Executive Vice President of corporate development at ServiceMax managing their partner and acquisition strategy, he also ran their customer support and success teams where he increased NPS 44 points in his tenure. Previously, he was Vice President of Global Customer Transformation (which he founded)at ServiceMax, where he worked with a team of transformation experts working with prospects and existing customers to understand and unlock the true value of their field service organizations, working with large blue-chip customers like Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, GE, Xylem and many others. 

Mark Homer is Managing Partner at Field Service Associates Limited. He advises on Field Service Automation Technology, Field Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, AI, Spatial AR and Digital Twin technologies that support predictive and prescriptive maintenance. He helps guide institutions, private investors and company executives on their potential opportunities, their product offering, competitive CI positioning, their go-to-market strategy and global addressable market. Having been a successful senior executive; COO & SVP in two fast-growing SaaS start-ups, one acquired by General Electric for $1B, the other an early pioneer of scheduling and workforce optimisation technology. Mark worked at ServiceMax, Inc, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Head of Global Customer Transformation.
